Evalena Worthington, Schooner Wharf�s beloved pirate wench was lowered onto the deck of the Jolly II Rover at midnight, to the fanfare of cannon fire and the release of white doves.	The pirate wench, Evalena Worthington on the yard arm of the Jolly II Rover, getting ready for the countdown to 2011.
We hoisted our glasses and lowered the wench at our annual original tradition of Lowering the Pirate Wench. It was a great deal of fun for the hundreds of celebrants at this year�s New Year�s Eve party. Our resident chief pirate wench and co-owner ,Evalena Worthington, was lowered onto the deck of the Jolly II Rover at midnight, to the fanfare of cannon fire and the release of white doves. Evalena, Paul and the crew of Schooner Wharf wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous new year. Schooner or later, we hope to see you here!	One of the doves didn�t want to leave the festivities or our resident chief pirate wench and co-owner Evalena Worthington, who had to give the dove its own send off.
