Our Pirate Float was a big hit in our "Worlds Longest Parade" on Thursday, April 26th for the Conch Republic Independence Celebration. We swash buckled our way from the Atlantic to the Gulf to party piratical style at our Parade Party and Parade Awards Ceremony.
Here
are the results:
Conch Spirit Awards went to The St. Petersburg
Marching Band, Captain's Mermaids and The Wasabi's
Conch Republic Army "KeyLina" Division. The Most
Original Entry went to The Conch Republic Marine
Army. Winning the Best Creative Award was "It
Takes A Village, People" entry. The honors for the
"Best Conch-Cept" went to the Conch Republic Jelly
